When trying to report jira with Custom test type its not working.

After trying to report automatically using this plug-in, for Test issue with Type=Automation and not Generic.
The Test-Execution is created but no tests are reported.

is it possible to use this plugin for other types using the same configuration as Generic but different name ?

I don't know XRAY, I just use available REST API for it.
If you need some custom configuration in your organization you should ask for help Jira Xray support.
