Update `handle_events` to become more robust

The handle_events should be refactored/rearchitected to enhance DX, maybe by allowing UI or actor or actors so that we dont need to manually specify all actors that needs to pickup specific events.

I’m Vatsal, a student developer interested in contributing to Fury, and I’ve recently started exploring the codebase. I’d like to work on this issue.

My idea is to refactor handle_events so it doesn’t require manually passing each actor. Instead of only accepting a single actor, it could take an optional actors argument and, if none is provided, automatically register callbacks for all actors returned by self.actors. This would improve DX, reduce repetitive calls, and keep backward compatibility.

If this approach looks good, I’d be happy to work on it. Please let me know if I can take this issue or if you’d suggest any changes before I start.
