Feature request: support for "client-side failover"

It'd be nice with a URI configured failover list, like the one one has for PHP clients.

Something like 

```
failover(tcp:localhost:1234, tcp:otherhost:1234)
```

or 

   tcp:failover:localhost:1234,otherhost:1234
