When using the Twilight 2000 system I would like to see an option for a Home Base actor type.
Suggested solution
The character sheet for the home base actor type would allow for facilities to be added to the home base which would make it easier to track. Optionally, each feature could also include which skills have been passed as well as length of time in development.
