Large custom classpath is not loaded

Description

I have a custom classpath script placed in the workspace root of my editor, as outlined in the kotlin language server. The classpaths will not load.

The file is quite large at ~2kb. I have tried the following names for the classpath.

kls-classpath
kls-classpath.sh
.config/kotlin-language-server/classpath
.config/kotlin-language-server/classpath.sh

None of these appear to have made any change- int he debug console, i clawys see
"Classpath has not changed. Fetching from cache"
