Consider ToolLoopAgent from ai SDK for agent implementation

The original idea was to use ToolLoopAgent for ReAct agent implementation. Claude Code, however, decided otherwise :)
Consider if we can achieve the same execution traceability and logging with ToolLoopAgent and migrate the implementation to it.
