error renewing the Reolink subscription

I have two Reolink RLC-810A cameras.
I had person and vehicle detection working fine with the add-on with the first camera.
When I added the second camera, I would get the error "error renewing the Reolink subscription"

I discovered that the newer camera had different firmware, and by default the newer version does not open the
necessary ports to allow subscription to work. I used the following process to open the ports, and the detection now works on the
newer camera.

1. log in to the camera via browser
2. click on the settings icon (gear)
3. On the left menu click on "Network Settings"
4. Click on "Advanced"
5. Under "Port Settings", click on "Set Up"
6. Enable RTSP
