How to make lens effects work?

This effect is interesting as it detects all the lights in the scene, but how to make it "work/look okay"?

Hey, thank you! it's definitely going the right direction. However now I get those weird "halos"

Amazing thing is that all lights are detected. Would be great to adjust different blades shapes or radius of bloom even stronger. No matter what I set in those wheels I don't get any effect.

could you write the prompt here and wich model you test it, also change the viewer to 32-bit

I don't use any prompt, just loaded an image, the reason I dont use 32bit is because it looks like this:

and now Curves are broken in this version 2.2.0 haha

When I click in the very center to add point the curve jumps to this position in the screen and is barely controlable. When you click again another dot goes into random position.
