Include the extension version, VS Code version, operating system, Remote/SSH or local workspace mode, the action attempted, and the redacted message from the DocFerry output channel. Do not post session tokens, private share links, customer identifiers, card information, source documents, or provider keys.
Security reports must follow SECURITY.md, not a public issue.
