extended widget.Table cell indicator and selected cell not sync

One is the current focus/highlight and the other is the selection.

I am guessing that you are manipulating internal state of your own table that does not update the table you have extended from.
Extending a widget does not give you the ability to manipulate it's private variables.

I just want widget.Table.Select call should select and highlight the cell how can I achieve that ?

My use case is more like spreadsheet.

Selection and focus are different colours for different types of highlight (something that is focused is not necessarily selected).
Calling Select will update the selection highlight.

However if youa re implementing a spreadsheet then I would think that what you really want is to focus the /Entry/ when the selection of the table changes, have you tried that?

in my app most of the data entry form need same behavior of table only with different columns

It is not a spreadsheet but some behavior i needed ->

1. Arrow keys to navigate with select + focus at once no two different state
2. F2 to edit

I am using
Label to display the data and format it depend on column type(string, date, number)
and on edit showing dialog with appropriate widget again depend on column type

The table widget, by default, follows focus changes with up/down/left/right and selects with space.

That behaviour has been removed by your overriding TypedKey function.
To keep the builtin behaviour as well then you should call this.Entry.TypedKey(event) inside your custom function.
