How to set window position to specific place on x11, windows, darwin

I have gotten this far. i need to do this on x11, windows, darwin platforms

It's outside the domain of the Fyne library at that point. Getting the native window handle is all the Fyne API is directly for. To use the window handle you'll need to invoke native code for each of the platforms, likely via CGo. So the documentation for window management on Windows, Mac, and X11 is where you'll need to look next.
