FM Network RAW

Hello,

I have an audio problem when using FM Network in RAW mode.
TX audio is good, but RX is distorted.

After analysis, the packet sizes are different :

IP localhost.3810 > localhost.4810: UDP, length 640
P localhost.35310 > localhost.3810: UDP, length 1024

The bitrate is set to 16000 on MMDVM and Svxlink.
