Consider adding /service-info endpoint #291
Description
Consider adding the GA4GH /service-info endpoint, which is recommended by the GA4GH Product Approval Process.
This could be a simpler info endpoint alongside the root info endpoint / which is used to convey more information. Or / could be aligned with /service-info adding/renaming the common keys.
