Agree upon variant categories for US FDA approvals #2
Description
Categorical variants associated with oncology approvals from the US FDA were reviewed and 9 variant categories were identified. One thing that I am not happy with is that some of them describe inclusion criteria (e.g., exon) and others describe areas of ambiguity (e.g., amino acid).
