Create a glossary of terms #137
Description
During our second PRC meeting, Tristian Nelson recommended creating a glossary of terms for cat-vrs within a single place that can be linked to. This may have synergy with GKS core documentation but we can make a pilot of cat-vrs-specific documentation.
This glossary of terms should be added to the readthedocs and it would be nice to be able to hyperlink to specific terms, which may require placing the definition name as a header.
