Parameterize paths in the suite #3
Description
The file paths inside the suite can become difficult to handle as the suite becomes more complex.
A solution can be to parameterize the path inside the path via sending as an argument in the CLI.
This can also be touched upon when the Compliance suite is split into runner and tester repositories.
