Claim ownership of FAIRsharing record on Phenopackets

https://fairsharing.org/FAIRsharing.8f3fdc needs to be claimed by us and updated.

For example, it says

Adding a single item to the linkml registry is easy. The proposal was to hoover up all schemas, standards, and data models, even those that are not native linkml, convert them, add to the registry. That's what we don't have resources for... yet :-)

@nlharris Hi Nomi! Do you know how to retire the fairsharing page? I have no connection that that database and it is not obvious what to do.

I know nothing about the fairsharing website, but when I looked at that page, there's an Actions pulldown menu that includes "request ownership" - you could try that! (The menu also includes "edit record" but presumably that won't work until you have ownership. I tried clicking that and it wanted me to sign in.)
