I’m working on submitting CIViC predictive, prognostic, and diagnostic assertion records to ClinVar using GKS ClinVar This, where the civic assertions use the AAC 2017 community profiles. We should update the CIViC AAC 2017 test fixtures to align with what’s being submitted to ClinVar
