Definition of refgetAccession diverges from GA4GH RefGet #628
Description
The definition of refgetAccession diverges from the referenced "GA4GH RefGet" documentation:
A GA4GH RefGet identifier for the referenced sequence, using the sha512t24u digest.
However, RefGet also states that:
Unique Identifiers
Refget optionally allows the use of namespaced identifiers in place of the digest. The identifier prefixed by a namespace to form a CURIE for example:
insdc:CM000663.2
This should be clarified.
