How can I see the stats for a specific day?

Is there a way to see stats for a specific day? How would I go back to some individual day in the past?

There's no feature to look at a specific day's stats. Technically you could manually get the information from the API as most of the statistics endpoints (like /apis/web/v1/summary) support to and from UNIX timestamps, but the UI doesn't support that fine-grained of a time window.
