Constrained on potential pre/postfixes to avoid duplication #5
Description
There are certain pre/postfixes that can exist as either - such as administrator/administration, manager/management, etc. Unfortunately we can't include both in the current code without getting some redundant sounding titles (manager of engineering management, administrator of database administration, etc.) We should add logic to prevent this duplication so that we can have more options.
