Adding users to group refreshes page #123

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Admin -> Manage People -> Edit Users
2. Click Add Users
3. Select some users and click OK
4. Notice that the page refreshes and you lose any other changes you made to
the page
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The page should not refresh upon adding users.
