Maps now includes two control sets (Google and Open Layers)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log into a BDRS
2. Look at the map!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of the single OpenLayers controls, the Google Maps controls also show 
up in the background.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
