Documentation: jumpled up plots

In the current compilation of the documentation, some plots do not show up correctly. This happens on github and also locally (at least on MacOS 26).

Fascinating. When generating the docs on my machine (also macos 26) it works fine. What about if you just run the code in GAIO.jl/examples/advanced/double.gyre.map.jl? For me this works as well, but if it doesn't work on your machine then we've at least isolated the problem to the plotting, and not to Documenter.jl

It does not work locally on my machine (with Plots.jl). So it seems to be a plotting problem. I will try to construct a MWE.
