RPM-GPG-KEY_PGDG not found

The redhat.yml tasks specifies key url to

https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/RPM-GPG-KEY-PGDG 

While the correct url is

https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/keys/RPM-GPG-KEY-PGDG

There might be other issues with the postgresql installation for redhat flavour - will investigate.

To install postgresql version 17, I needed the key: https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/keys/PGDG-RPM-GPG-KEY-RHEL... I don't know if this can be useful.
