Update for allowing session cookies to be passed as an optional parameter when setting up a GalaxyInstance to allow for traffic being routed through external authentication service (such as Authelia).

Would use the Requests.sessions.session() object to pass the session cookies.

I've been testing this locally for a while - it would be great to get it merged if it is something that would be useful!
