Audit and improve social meta tags (OpenGraph/Twitter Cards)

Description

Ensure all page types have proper OpenGraph and Twitter Card meta tags for social sharing previews.

Tasks

1. Audit current meta tags across page types (home, news, events, articles, platforms)
2. Ensure og:image is set appropriately for each page
3. Add Twitter Card meta tags where missing
4. Test with social media debuggers:
   • https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/
   • https://cards-dev.twitter.com/validator

• og:title, og:description, og:image, og:url, og:type
• twitter:card, twitter:title, twitter:description, twitter:image
