Add author profile pages

Description

Create author profile pages that show all content by a specific author/contributor.

Features

• Page at /community/authors/[name]/ or similar
• Lists all news, events, and articles by that author
• Shows author bio if available
• Links from article bylines to author page

Implementation

1. Create author collection or derive from existing content
2. Create src/pages/authors/[slug].astro
3. Update ArticleLayout to link author names to their profiles
4. Consider adding author avatars/photos
