didn't we switch to https://pypi.org/project/psycopg/ ? or did we just add support and wanted to test it this cycles ? 😅

We added support for it, but people can still select to use psycopg2 if their database_connection specify "postgresql://" or "postgresql+psycopg2://" as database driver (as per the SQLAlchemy docs).
