Register data with Galaxy #5
Description
Assumptions
- Input is manifest from Gen3
- There is running Galaxy server
Goal 1: use Galaxy libraries to get data into Galaxy through symlinks via Gen3-FUSE
Goal 2: extend Galaxy to import dataset UUIDs + metadata from Gen3
- Do not sniff metadata on import/upload
- Add API call to create LDDA or HDA using metadata + URL (or UUID to be resolved at runtime)
