Extend Galaxy for in-place data analysis #6
Description
Goal: Analyze Gen3 datasets in place using Galaxy tools/workflows
Approach:
- Use Gen3-FUSE for dataset access
- Extend ObjectStore to use Gen3-FUSE data when needed for analysis
- Extend tools to work when metadata not available OR develop library to create Galaxy metadata for inclusion in Gen3
- Persist user file names.
