Making tutorials linked to a tool more visible

Hi. At the bottom of a tool in Galaxy (after the help section), the tutorials using the tool are mentioned. But it seems a bit hidden and also less visible than the Help part:

Would it make sense the tutorials more visible? For a user point of view, it could be. But how?

I guess using cards similar to how the help forum posts are displayed could help? Maybe limited to 2 or 3 and then a "see more" expansion button for when there are many tutorials so that the help forum section stays visible as well.
