Using dataset collections - Outdated tool info

• Mapping reads
  • usegalaxy.org's version has 1 more option than the version shown ("BAM sorting mode"). Resulting collection looks the same
• Create table of variants using SnpSift Extract Fields
  • Tool has two additional required fields. No value shown in the tutorial for these fields. Inserting a space into both seemed to work, but I do not know if the results are the same

@nekrut we do not have bandwidth to update this tutorial, but it sees 300-500 visitors per month, and if you'd like to update it (or task one of your staff to) that'd be fantastic!

It uses a lot of screenshots and videos, which is the bulk of the reason we do not have bandwidth to update it. We (the GTN) strongly advise against including those as they make these updates significantly more difficult.
