Hawkins not interacting with new users

Describe the bug
New users just joined the Discord server and they weren't able to get a private message with Hawkins. They interact with the bot in the beta-invite channel but nothing happens.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '#gamedao-beta-invite channel'
2. Interact with the bot
3. Wait for private message
4. See error, nothing happens and no access key is sent

Expected behavior
A user should be able to interact with Hawkins, get a private message and interact. Sending her a KSM address and get a RMRK 2.0 token sent to it.

The bot just worked 30 minutes ago.
