Modify template for dev meeting page and create it early #178
Description
It would be good to put more content in the dev meeting page. Currently it is created only on Friday and filled with activity report of the week.
Ideally it should list:
- an agenda that could be filled as early as the week before
- a placeholder for minutes to be filled during or after the meeting
We could modify the workflow to create the page for the following week at the same time as the activity report is filled.
