Please bump golang.org/x/sys dependency to support build on riscv64-freebsd #267

Your program currently does not build on riscv64 freebsd as the golang.org/x/sys dependency is too old to support this combination of architecture and operating system. Please bump the dependency to at least version v0.5.0 to fix the build.
