# RunWield Free Use License

RunWield is source-available software. You may use it freely, but you may not distribute derivative works without
permission.

## Permission

You may:

- use RunWield for personal, educational, research, internal, or commercial purposes;
- download, install, run, and evaluate RunWield;
- inspect the source code;
- make local changes for your own private use;
- fork the repository only as needed to propose contributions back to the RunWield project;
- submit issues, pull requests, and other contributions.

## Restrictions

You may not, without prior written permission:

- distribute modified versions of RunWield;
- publish, sell, sublicense, host, or provide derivative works based on RunWield;
- rebrand RunWield or offer it as a competing product or service;
- remove copyright, license, or attribution notices;
- use the RunWield name, logo, or branding in a way that suggests endorsement.

## Contributions

By submitting a contribution, you grant the project owner a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify,
distribute, sublicense, and relicense your contribution as part of RunWield.

You represent that you have the right to submit the contribution.

## Third-Party Software

RunWield depends on third-party software that is licensed separately. Those components remain under their own license
terms.

This license applies only to RunWield itself and does not limit rights granted by third-party licenses.

## No Warranty

RunWield is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the copyright holder is
not liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the software or its use.
