Reminder: Recognition of SL(3,q) in nat. repr. using Rademachers functions #511

Description

@Till-Eisen

This serves as a reminder, so we don't forget.
The functions provided in PR#371 do not cover SL(3,q) yet, only $n>3$. However, using PR#508 (which provides a function that computes a subgroup of SL(3,q) that is isomorphic to SL(2,q)) one is able to adjust RECOG.SLn_constructsl2 covering $n>1$. Afterwards, in theory, the Going-Up-Step in R#371 , i.e. "from SL(2,q) to SL(3,q)", should work without any major changes.
