Allow tagging snapshots as baseline and keeping baseline snapshot

At the moment a good workaround here would be using tag management to remove the plan tag and retag it with something you'll recognize e.g. "forever".

These will show up as unassociated in the UI. You can optionally re-tag the backups with a plan that doesn't exist (not subject to being auto-forgotten) but that you'll recognize e.g.

e.g. using the Run Command feature:

tag --set plan:newplan --remove plan:oldplan

In general, I think supporting --keep-tag as a forget option is a good feature request. It might be best for me to support this with a magic tag e.g. keep-forever or some such thing. A button could be added to the UI to easily pin or unpin snapshots.

Thanks, for now I've created a separate repo and made a copy of the baseline snapshot to that repo. I think your solution will effectively result in the same - two full size snapshots, while with keep-forever flag storage space would be optimised. Anyway, thank you for your work and a great piece of software!
