ghidra startup stuck

intellij IDEA :2024.1.6
intellij-ghidra: build with 2024.1.6
operating system: windows 11
I added the facet and set the correct ghidra installation, but when i launched ghira ,it stuck at

Same problem on aarch64 Mac, idea version 2024.1.7, java 21.
