Gas Town works fine with local-only repos. When you add a rig, just point it at a local git repo: gt rig add myproject /path/to/local/repoNo GitHub remote is required. The core workflow (beads, crew, polecats, handoff) all operates on the local filesystem. The only features that require a remote are:

Either im blind or dumb, how do I use this with local repos only? A lot of my work is not meant to be sent upstream to somewhere like github, is it possible to keep things local only?
