ImportError: cannot import name 'Feature' from 'setuptools'

during pip install the following error is thrown

ImportError: cannot import name 'Feature' from 'setuptools'

can be resolved by

pip install setuptools==45
pip install gmvault

[kr-g]

there is another issue regarding install

but since this is an older issue this new one was created
