Chocolatey package version of Gmvault is out of date. Can you please update it with new package attached here?

I have created a new Chocolatey package for v1.9.1 of Gmvault. Please see attached.
gmvault.1.9.1.nupkg.zip
I cannot push it up to the Chocolatey Community Repository with my API key.

Correction: here is a more complete ZIP file with all the package source files that get compiled into the final nupkg that gets uploaded to the repo:

I have done all the work. It just needs to be unzipped, then the package submitted using:
choco push gmvault.1.9.1.nupkg --source https://push.chocolatey.org/
