Sorry for late reply. I had some additional bugs and given up on the project. Now I am back, but I couldn't still solve the scrolling draw issue. As I said its only for tiles, sprites are fine. I have published the very early still WIP crappy code in this repo. Can you (or me, if you want) implement the pixel by pixel drawing that you have done for sprites also for drawBitmap function, or make a special function for tiles that has no background attribute to not further slow things down but draw pixel by pixel as in sprites?
