[Feature Request]: add a setting to have default image size and toggle for new line insertion

Hey!
Firstly a very merry christmas to you!

i'd like to see an option in the settings where it adds a default image size to the inserted image. rn the plugin adds ![](<link>) but it'd be useful if it added ![|<default size>](<link>). I've come up with a solution to just add the default size by going through the code and adding [|750] as that's the default size i like.

another really annoying thing is the addition of the new line after insertion so a toggle for that would be nice!
