Check out e12506772a189319379c84a3ca3a5141bf601f85 (gz-fuel-tools9_9.0.0) and build Gazebo from source. Start Gazebo and use the Resource Spawner. This should work. 2. Check out 934d28d241e2dcdfb10ed0ff8d4cf0cae56a4c9f and build Gazebo from source. Start Gazebo and use the Resource Spawner. This does not work.
