Some games are broken on mGBA 0.9.x

Extra info: it's related to multiboot. Earlier versions of mGBA were too eager to run a game as multiboot. mGBA 0.10.x should have this fixed.

It probably never happens to games made using common devkits, but minicraft-gba uses some custom initialization files.
