checklist archives (coldp & dwca) go through checklistbank.org these days. By default CLB looks for changed archives on a weekly basis. To shorten the lag it would be nice if the IPT would request a new import whenever a new version was published. For this it needs to:
POST https://api.checklistbank.org/importer/{datasetKey}
the datasetKey is in the GBIF registry as an identifier.
the call needs authentication and editor rights for that dataset - to be discussed.
