Add a visual progress stepper to the DwC DP publishing page to show the current stage of the publication process.
The stepper should display the major publication stages (Waiting, Started, Metadata, Resources, Bundling, Validation, Archiving, Completed) and update automatically while the publication is running.
If the publication fails, the step where the failure occurred should be highlighted to help users quickly identify where the process stopped. The stepper is only for DwC DP publications so far.
