How to get the background colour?

I know the pure theme has a coloured background. However, I would like to replace it with an off-shade of black.

Is there an option I could use for that?

If not, should there be one? I realise that my request is a tiny edge case, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

You can change the background color during the configuration step
